Therapy can also be helpful for adults who feel emotionally overloaded, mentally exhausted, or stuck in patterns of avoidance, over-responsibility, or constant worry.

We do not accept insurance — and that’s intentional. Staying out-of-network allows us to provide more personalized care, avoid insurance restrictions, and protect your privacy. You get to choose the therapist that fits best, not just the one your plan allows. We’re happy to provide a superbill if you’d like to seek reimbursement directly from your provider.
We offer very reasonable reduced-fees. Please let us know if finances are a concern and we'll share all of our options.
